Josef Šik was a Czech Roman Catholic priest and chaplain who served in the parish of St. Thomas in Brno. He began his studies at a theological school in Brno but could not complete them due to its closure by the communists in 1950. He secretly finished his studies and was ordained in 1968. He was appointed chaplain of St. Thomas parish in Brno in 1992, and in 2008, he became the spiritual director of consecrated virgins in the Brno diocese.
