Josef Vlček, nicknamed Zub, is a Czech music publicist and radio dramaturge born on January 8, 1951, in Prague. He worked for magazines such as Melodie and Rock & Pop, and was instrumental in establishing the first Czech commercial radio station, Evropa 2. In 2012, he was interviewed in the book 'Zub času'. He is also the author of a three-part music dictionary titled Rock 2000 and other works including 'Rock na levém křídle' and 'Rockové směry a styly'.
