He was ordained in 1956 and served in various parishes, including as a vicar in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Barcelona. In 1968, he founded and served as secretary of the Centre d'Estudis Pastorals de Barcelona and co-founded the bimonthly magazine Quaderns de Pastoral. Recognized for his significant contributions to Catalan church advocacy post-war, he passed away on February 8, 2014, in Barcelona.
