From 1932, he became a member of the Association of Poster Artists, working with notable figures and creating recognized works like the 'Camperol' poster. During the Spanish Civil War, he was mobilized and later interned in French concentration camps before returning to Catalonia, where he faced oppression under Franco's regime and transitioned to advertising illustration.
