Joseph D. Noble Jr. is a retired rear admiral in the U.S. Navy, who served as the Director of Logistics Operations at the Defense Logistics Agency from 2021 to 2024. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1989 with a B.S. in electrical engineering and was commissioned as a Supply Corps officer. Noble holds an M.S. in operations research and an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business. He previously commanded the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support.
