José A. "Josian" Santiago Rivera, born on August 27, 1957, is a prominent Puerto Rican politician associated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD). He served as the mayor of Comerío, having been elected in the 2000 general elections, and was re-elected in 2004 and 2008. Notably, in 2010, Santiago took on the role of president of the Asociación de Alcaldes de Puerto Rico, the governing body that promotes collaboration among PPD-affiliated mayors.
