Joxe Mari Urbieta Egañazpi (March 30, 1920 – April 21, 2006) was a prominent Basque trikitilari born in Aizarna, Zestoa. He formed a famous duo with Faustino Azpiazu Sakabir called Sakabi and Egañazpi. Beginning to play the pandero around age fourteen, he gained recognition for his musical talent. In 1963, they released two records under the title Trikitixa de Azpeitia, and in 1973 they produced an album with Columbia records titled Trikitixa - Zure Urte Betetzia. He lived in Zestoa for many years and passed away in 2006.
