Juan-Pierre Francois Mostert, known as JP Mostert, is a former South African rugby union player who played as a flanker or eighthman from 2011 to 2017. He represented the Pumas and the Falcons during his first-class rugby career, also playing for Maties in the Varsity Cup. Mostert's rugby career was tragically interrupted when he suffered a severe car accident in July 2017, resulting in a broken neck and paralysis.
