Juan Rafael Bustillo, born on January 31, 1935, is a former general and chief of the Air Force of El Salvador. He is notorious for his alleged involvement in the murder of six Jesuit priests and other individuals during the 1989 Jesuits Massacre. His military career saw him rise through the ranks from lieutenant to general. Bustillo is also accused of torturing and murdering victims for political reasons. He has faced criminal charges for human rights violations and resides in El Salvador. In addition, he is wanted in France for the murder of Madeleine Lagadec.
