He was a founding member and drummer of the popular band Olé Olé, contributing to hits like 'No controles' and 'Voy a mil'. Following the band's dissolution in 1993, he worked as a music producer for various Spanish and Latin American artists. Despite facing health challenges, including leukemia, he remained active in music until his passing on May 9, 2013. He had a notable personal relationship with Olé Olé's vocalist Marta Sánchez and was married to Marta Ugena.
