Jukka Veli Olkkonen (December 7, 1958 – January 1, 2014) was a Finnish hammer thrower associated with Ristiinan Urheilijat throughout his career. He was coached by Antti Matinolli. Olkkonen achieved seven medals in hammer throw at the Kalevan kisat, which included two silvers won in 1982 and 1985, as well as five bronzes in 1980, 1983, 1986, 1991, and 1993.
