Juma Ndiwa is a Kenyan former middle-distance runner known for his specialization in the 800 metres. He competed in the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics and participated in the 1983 World Championships. Ndiwa won a gold medal at the 1982 African Championships and a bronze medal in 1985. His personal best time of 1:44.20 in the 800 metres was recorded in Munich in 1983.
