Justin Morris Bibb, born on April 26, 1987, is an American politician currently serving as the 58th mayor of Cleveland, Ohio since January 2022. Before his election, he was the Chief Strategy Officer at Urbanova, working on urban initiatives. Bibb was also the Co-Chair of Teach for America – Ohio and served on various boards, including the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. He won the mayoral election with 62% of the vote, becoming Cleveland's fourth African American mayor and its second youngest.
