Juvenal José Fernández López, born on March 15, 1965, in Cabimas, Zulia, Venezuela, is a Venezuelan military officer currently on active reserve with the rank of Major General. Since July 7, 2021, he has served as the Commander General of the Bolivarian National Guard, a branch of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces of Venezuela. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions including Inspector General of the GNB and Commander of the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (CONAS).
