Kaáli Nagy Géza István, born on January 19, 1943, in Gyula, is a Hungarian-American obstetrician-gynecologist known in the United States as Steven G. Kaali. He is a clinical professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the inventor of the optical trocar. He founded the Kaáli Institute in Hungary and the Kaáli Automobile-Motor Museum in the Balaton Uplands. He is also recognized for establishing Team Kaáli, a prominent catamaran racing team in Balaton. He has received numerous awards in both Hungary and the United States.
