Parksepp has attained individual championships in Estonia twice, in 1981 and 1991. Furthermore, he has secured team championships on three occasions in 1991 and 1999 representing Keila Kabeklubi and in 2009 with Lasnamäe Male-Kabeklubi. He is also a two-time champion in the national church checkers championships.
