Kalevi Aho is a Finnish former ice hockey player, born on May 15, 1956, in Kaarlela, Kokkola. He began his professional career in the 1972–1973 season with Kokkolan Hermes in the Suomensarja league. After playing two seasons with Vaasan Sport in the I-divisioona, he moved to Turku to join TPS in the SM-liiga. Aho competed in the top league from the 1978–1979 season until 1985–1986, appearing in 277 games, scoring 67 goals, and assisting on 94. He helped TPS win two silver and two bronze medals in the playoffs.
