Kalevi Hongisto is a former Finnish ice hockey player born on February 1, 1954, in Oulu. He played for teams including Forssan Palloseura, Oulun Kärpät, and Hämeenlinnan Pallokerho. Hongisto began his career in mens' hockey with FoPS during the 1973-1974 season and contributed to the club's rise to SM-liiga. He played his first SM-liiga season in 1975-1976 and had a total of 102 SM-liiga games, scoring 11 goals and assisting 16. He also had success in I-divisioona, notably with Hämeenlinnan Pallokerho.
