Kalumbi Shangula is a Namibian physician and politician from SWAPO, serving as the Minister of Health and Social Services since December 20, 2018. He was previously the Deputy Chairperson of the University of Namibia's School of Medicine, and held positions as Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Social Services, and the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. Shangula was the CEO of Kalahari Holdings until 2017. He was married to Namibian pathologist Elizabeth Shangula until her death in 2008.
