Kamal Mustafa Abdullah Sultan al-Tikriti, born in Tikrit in 1952 or May 4, 1955, was the Secretary of the Iraqi Republican Guard during the regime of former president Saddam Hussein. He was the brother of Jamal Mustafa Abdullah Sultan al-Tikriti, husband of Saddam Hussein's daughter, Hala. After graduating from military institutions, he was placed on the U.S. list of most-wanted Iraqis. He surrendered to coalition forces on May 17, 2003, faced trial for his role in repressing the 1991 uprising, and was sentenced to death by hanging in 2011.
