Kamleshwar Patel is an Indian politician representing the Indian National Congress party. He was elected from the Sihawal Vidhan Sabha constituency in 2013 and successfully retained his seat in the 2018 elections. Patel’s political lineage includes his father, Indrajeet Kumar, who was also a Congress member and a cabinet minister in Madhya Pradesh. However, he lost the seat in the 2023 elections to Vishwamitra Pathak from the Bhartiya Janata Party. Additionally, he served as the minister for Panchayat and Rural Development in the Madhya Pradesh government.
