Kънчо Митков Кашеров is a former Bulgarian footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He had a significant career with Berоe from 1975 to 1987, followed by stints at Spartak Varna, Lokomotiv Stara Zagora, and Rozova Dolina. He made 284 appearances and scored 21 goals in the Bulgarian First league, notably helping Berоe win the Bulgarian championship in 1986 and the Balkan Club Cup twice. After retiring, he became a coach and currently teaches physical education. Kашеров also played for the national team, earning 7 caps.
