Kaori Matsutomi (born February 17, 1959) is a Japanese broadcaster, journalist, and author. She is the wife of Shigeo Matsutomi, a former Japanese ambassador to Poland. Originally from Kagoshima City, she graduated from Tsurumaru High School, then studied at the University of Tokyo and spent a year at Macalester College in the United States. She earned a Master's in International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Matsutomi joined TBS as an announcer in April 1983 and left in March 1999. In 2011, she changed her name to Kaori Matsutomi.
