Kåre Johan Mol, born in 1962, is a former Norwegian volleyball player and current coach, residing in Strandvik. He has represented Norway in 96 international matches. Mol played beach volleyball, earning a bronze medal in the 1995 Norwegian Beach Volleyball Championship with partner Jetmund Berntsen. He has served as a national coach and sports director for the Norwegian Volleyball Federation and helped establish the ToppVolley gymnasium. In 2019, he was awarded the title of the world's best coach in beach volleyball for 2018. He is married to volleyball player Merita Mol, and they have five children.
