Karen Horsens (born September 18, 1932, in Aalborg) is a Danish former dean and the first female dean in Denmark. She graduated from Aalborg Cathedral School in 1951 and earned her theology degree from Aarhus University in 1958. She had further studies in Oslo, New York, and Marburg. Horsens served in various church roles, including parish priest and dean in Roskilde, and was involved in numerous church organizations. She was made a Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog in 1992 and is married to organist Charley Olsen.
