Karen Elizabeth Lee, born on January 15, 1959, is a British Labour Party politician. She served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Lincoln between the general elections of 2017 and 2019. In the 2017 general election, she defeated the incumbent Conservative MP, Karl McCartney, by 1,538 votes, but lost to him in the 2019 election. In July 2017, Lee was appointed as the parliamentary private secretary to Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell and was later promoted to Shadow Minister for Fire and Rescue Services in January 2018.
