Kari Veikko Rosti was a Finnish musician born on March 15, 1944, in Viipuri. He began his career as a bassist in the 1960s, playing in a band called The Careless, which released a single in 1965. In the early 1970s, he was the bassist for The Islanders before becoming the lead singer of the band Lemon, which disbanded in 1974. In his later years, Rosti worked as a goldsmith in his own shop in Kallio, Helsinki. He was the uncle of Vicky Rosti.
