Karin Roßley, born Regel on April 5, 1957, in Cottbus, is a former German athlete who specialized in the 400-meter hurdles. Competing for East Germany in the 1970s, she set a world record in the event first in 1977, marking her entry into the elite ranks of track and field. She achieved further accolades in 1978 at the European Championships in Prague and once again broke the world record in 1980. During her athletic career, she was 1.68 meters tall and weighed 59 kg.
