Karl Anton Glaubauf was an Austrian historian and Germanist born on April 7, 1948, in St. Pölten. He attended the Humanistic Gymnasium in Krems and graduated in 1967. From 1970 to 1977, he pursued a teaching and doctoral program in German language and history at the University of Vienna, obtaining his doctorate in 1977. Glaubauf contributed as a volunteer author on Wikipedia from 2008 until his passing on March 31, 2015, in Herzogenburg.
