Kartik Oraon (born 29 October 1924) was an indigenous member of Parliament in India. He completed his higher education in Gumla and passed intermediate exams from Patna Science College. He graduated in engineering from Bihar College of Engineering. He held various government positions and represented Lohardaga multiple times in the Indian Parliament, serving as Minister of Civil Aviation and Communications. He passed away on 8 December 1982 in New Delhi.
