Kathleen Agnes Cavendish, known as 'Kick' Kennedy, was a British debutante and war worker born on February 20, 1920. She was the daughter of diplomat Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr. and Rose Kennedy, and the sister of prominent politicians John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Edward Kennedy. Kathleen married William Cavendish, the Marquess of Hartington, in May 1944, but he was killed in action in Belgium four months later. Unfortunately, she died in a plane crash in 1948 alongside her new love, Peter Wentworth-Fitzwilliam, the 8th Earl Fitzwilliam.
