Katsuji Nakamura (中村 勝治, born June 20, 1945) is a Japanese politician who served as the mayor of Sakai-minato City in Tottori Prefecture for four terms. He is the son of Minzo Nakamura, who was the chairman of the Sakai-minato City Council. Throughout his political career, Nakamura has contributed to local governance and development initiatives within his community.
