Katsura Jakuta, born on February 26, 1977, in Gojo City, Nara Prefecture, is a Japanese rakugo performer and administrative scrivener. His real name is Kensaku Okada. He was affiliated with the Yamacho Office until around April 2017 and is now a freelance artist. Additionally, he became a member of the Kamigata Rakugo Association in December 2008 when he returned under his master, Jakusaburo.
