Katsuya Miyahira (1918–2010) was a prominent Okinawan martial artist known as the grand master of the Shorin-ryu Shido-kan style of Okinawan Karate. He held the prestigious rank of Hanshi, 10th Dan, and served as the president of the Okinawa Shorin-ryu Karate Association. After the passing of his teacher, Chōshin Chibana, he established the Shido-kan branch of Kobayashi Shorin-ryu. Miyahira also received instruction from notable martial artists Anbun Tokuda and Choki Motobu.
