Kazuya Ōshima (born January 28, 1958) is a former Japanese boat racer from Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture. He was known for his trademark beard and aggressive racing style. He was registered as the 3010th racer and was part of the 49th generation of racers, alongside contemporaries like Shoichi Nishiyama, Yoshinori Nishijima, and Tetsuharu Yamaguchi. Ōshima was respected among his peers and notably trained Hirotaka Nakaguchi, leading him to become a Derby champion.
