He was one of the founders and headmaster of Kanya Mandir High School in Kathmandu. An advocate for teaching Nepal Bhasa, he successfully lobbied for its inclusion in the school's curriculum. Neupane served as an advisor to the National Educational Advisory Board and contributed to the Nepal Bhasa literary scene as a secretary of Chwasā Pāsā. He authored 'Kehenyata Pati,' published in 1952, highlighting his literary contributions.
