Kees Oversier is a Dutch politician from the CDA. He has a financial background and served as the mayor of Dirksland starting in January 1984. In September 1990, he was appointed mayor of Binnenmaas, succeeding Marten van Marwijk Kooy, another CDA member from the CHU branch. Oversier continued in this role until February 2005 when he retired early.
