Keiko Mikami (born January 13, 1928) is a Japanese writer and Noh theater critic, also known as Keiko Tatsuta. Born in Kyoto as the child of Hideyoshi Mikami, she graduated from Keisen Women's College. Her experiences during evacuation in 1945 inspired her debut work 'Gekimei Gakkō,' published in 1951, for which she received the Nishinippon Shimbun Culture Award. After returning to Tokyo in 1954, she published novels in various literary magazines including 'Mita Bungaku' and 'Kindai Bungaku.'
