Kelly Olmos, born Raquel Cecilia Kismer de Olmos on December 12, 1952, is an Argentine economist and politician. She served as Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security from 2022 to 2023 under President Alberto Fernández. A member of the Justicialist Party, her political career includes roles in the Buenos Aires Deliberative Council and City Legislature. She also held executive positions in the city government and served as Secretary of Municipal Affairs during the administrations of Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
