Kenneth Horatio Wallis (April 26, 1916 - September 1, 2013) was a British pilot, engineer, and inventor. During World War II, he served in the Royal Air Force and completed 28 bombing missions over Germany. After the war, he moved into research and development, retiring in 1964. Wallis later became a leading advocate for the autogyro and achieved 34 world records, retaining eight of them until his death in 2013.
