Kenji Mizutani (born October 18, 1933) is a Japanese economist and economic commentator who holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Nagoya University. He is a Professor Emeritus at Chukyo University and has made numerous appearances on television and radio discussing topics such as the analysis and outlook of the Japanese economy. He hails from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, and is the brother of Shinjiro Mizutani, a Professor Emeritus at Nagoya University.
