Kenshiro Abbe (December 15, 1915 – December 1, 1985) was a Japanese martial arts instructor known for teaching judo and other martial arts in Europe from 1955 to 1969. Introduced to martial arts by his father, he began judo training in 1931 and later studied kendo and aikido. He moved to England in 1955, established multiple martial arts organizations, and developed his own philosophy called Kyu Shin Do. Following a car accident in 1960, his activity decreased, and he returned to Japan in 1970, living a reclusive life until his passing in 1985.
