Keren Pevzner, born Kira Gennadievna Konovalova on May 8, 1961, in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, is an Israeli author known for her vintage crime fiction under the pen name Katerina Vrublevskaya. She is a novelist, essayist, Hebrew and computer science teacher, and translator. Pevzner has written several textbooks, cookbooks, and encyclopedias, and is an active blogger. Previously, she served as a Coordinator in the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration and the Social and Economic Development Program in Israel.
