Kerstin Boulogner is a Swedish textile and clothing designer, born on February 7, 1945. She grew up in a creative environment encouraged by her architect father and author mother. She studied design at Anders Beckmans School and created the popular fabric pattern mmm, sold to Ikea as Oberon. In the early 1970s, she worked at Nordiska Kompaniet and co-founded the design group Svenska Designbyrån. Boulogner is known for timeless clothing made from natural materials and received the award Utmärkt svensk form in 1984. She has also taught design at Konstfack and exhibited her work in galleries.
