Kevin R. Henke is an American geochemist and a senior research scientist at the University of Kentucky's Center for Applied Energy Research. He formerly taught at the University of Kentucky's department of Geology. Henke is recognized for his critique of young earth creationism, particularly challenging the RATE project's findings on helium in zircons. He has accused fellow researchers, such as Russell Humphreys, of methodological flaws and data inaccuracies. Henke has also engaged in public discourse regarding the validity of evolution, notably challenging Kent Hovind's claims.
