Sir Kevin Smith is a British businessman known for his role as chief executive of GKN plc from January 2003 to December 2011, after joining as managing director of GKN Aerospace in 1999. A graduate of Burnley College and the University of Central Lancashire, he previously worked at British Aerospace since 1980, rising to commercial director. Smith was knighted in 2007 and became a partner at Unitas Capital in 2012, later joining Rolls-Royce in 2016.
