Kiro Uehara, born Seichiro Uehara on October 23, 1948, is a Japanese artist, surrealist, and performer. He is the fifth-generation owner of Uehara Sake Brewery, founded in 1890, which is now known as Echigo Tsuru Kame. He is the younger brother of Tsurusawa Asazo, a prominent shamisen performer.
