Christopher Lynn "Kit" Bakke is an American activist born on December 23, 1946. In the 1960s, she was involved in fighting for women's rights and civil rights along with protesting against the Vietnam War. During her college years, she played a key role in establishing a new chapter of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS). Later, she joined the Weathermen, also known as the Weather Underground, which was a militant leftist group associated with radical activism.
