Kiyohiko Senba, born on December 23, 1954, is a Japanese percussionist, drummer, and musician. He hails from a family of traditional Japanese musicians, being the eldest son of Kōsuke Senba. He started learning traditional Japanese music at the age of three under his father's tutelage and entered the kabuki world at the age of ten, performing on numerous stages. Senba graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts' Department of Traditional Japanese Music, receiving the prestigious Ataka Prize for outstanding skills during his studies.
