Kiyoko Miyagi (January 29, 1905 - February 19, 1991) was a celebrated musician specializing in the Ikuta school of koto music. She was a well-known disciple of Miyagi Michio, along with her sister, Kazue. Recognized as an Important Intangible Cultural Property Holder (Living National Treasure), she was also a member of the Japan Art Academy. Kiyoko dedicated 37 years to her uncle Michio, understanding and performing his compositions. After his death, she worked on promoting koto music and training successors. She authored an autobiography titled 'Koto Hitomune ni' in 1990.
